Please note: 

You should already wear contact lenses and be familiar with the handling and care of contact lenses. Please ensure regular ophthalmological check-ups. 
If you are not wearing contact lenses, please seek advice from an optician or ophthalmologist and have them check you are wearing them for the first time.
Please note that incorrect handling of contact lenses can cause damage to your eyes. For example, make sure that you do not wear contact lenses for too long.
Please ensure that you have not been advised by a contact lens specialist (ophthalmologist or optician) to stop wearing contact lenses, that you are familiar with the handling and care of contact lenses and that the contact lenses you intend to order have been recommended to you by an ophthalmologist or optician and have been found to be completely compatible with you in terms of material, curvature and water content.
As a contact lens wearer, you should have your eyes checked by an optician at least every six months.
